Large 2 story extension adding 215 square meters of space to an existing home. The addition consists of core filled structural block work, concrete suspended slab with a light weight timber frame first floor. The addition has feature cladding, architectural internal finishes and hardware.

CLAREMONT

An apartment fit out overlooking freshwater bay. Through clever design we have added an additional master ensuite / walk in robe within the existing envelope of the unit as well as increasing the size of the master bedroom. Imported Carrara Bianco stone and European fixtures are some ot highly specified selections creating a French Provincial theme throughout.
