PEPPERMINT GROVE

Following the purchase of the property, Leeder Residential collaborated closely with the client and architect. The team was eager to modernise and enhance the external spaces while incorporating a distinctive personal touch that would make this house truly their own.

A private entry terrace and garden were created, featuring walls clad in imported Alpine stone, crafted by traditional masons. Feature steel balustrading, Trendplank timber cladding, timber decking and custom external BBQ cabinetry complement the newly mosaicked pool and spa, transforming the outdoor spaces into a sophisticated and inviting extension of the home.
Internally, the home was remodelled to accommodate the addition of an upstairs bedroom, along with bespoke joinery and balustrading throughout. A refined palette of materials and finishes includes Imperial quartzite natural stone, American oak and European fixtures and fittings. Additional double-glazed windows and doors were installed, complemented by high-end window treatments and floor coverings, further enhancing the home's comfort, functionality and overall finish.
