Leeder Residential transformed this mid-90s home by removing a number of structural walls, Greek columns and brick planters, creating a modern, open-plan interior designed to remain stylish for years to come.

Major structural modifications were also undertaken to the existing steel-truss roof, which was not originally designed for alteration. Through careful planning, engineering expertise and extensive trade knowledge, these complex modifications were successfully delivered.

The architectural and interior design was managed in-house by Leeder Residential in close collaboration with our client, creating a fun and enjoyable project that ran efficiently and remained on budget.

This project is a great example of successful collaboration between builder and client, resulting in an outstanding home and a lasting relationship.
