A modern 215-square-metre addition was architecturally designed to complement the existing property and support the young family’s long-term plans.
Extensive site works, including retaining and underpinning of the existing home, enabled us to deliver an exceptionally solid structure featuring concrete-filled reinforced blockwork and a suspended concrete slab. Lightweight timber-frame construction provided an efficient and practical solution for the second-storey addition, allowing for a fast and streamlined build.
The home is finished to a high standard throughout, with premium materials including engineered timber and travertine stone flooring, creating a refined and contemporary interior.
