Having previously worked with this client, we were delighted to re-engage and collaborate with the architectural and interior design team to remodel and expand this small but beautiful apartment overlooking the Swan River.
The home was conceived as a retreat—a place of respite for our client, whose life is divided between multiple residences across Australia and international destinations throughout the year.

With a distinctly French sensibility, our client was keen to bring an elegant European character to the apartment. A complete internal remodel, including a new ensuite and an extension to the outdoor terrace, has transformed the home into a truly special space.

Custom-painted cabinetry, Carrara marble and a bespoke lighting specification combine to deliver the refined, timeless aesthetic envisioned for the project, while making the most of the apartment’s intimate scale and exceptional outlook.
