A much-loved family home in need of modernisation and improved functionality, this project centred on creating spaces that better support everyday living.

By removing structural walls and increasing the overall living area, we were able to design and craft a beautiful kitchen and scullery anchored by a generous custom island.

In addition, a new office and study nook were added, and the laundry was fully remodelled. Statuario Maximus stone benchtops, Marie timber flooring, feature lighting, and polished plaster walls all work together to elevate the interior, ensuring the home can be lived in and loved for many years to come.

All design work was completed in-house by Leeder Residential’s dedicated team in close collaboration with the client.
